Creme Fraiche

  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 cup cream
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Fresh fruit
  • Lemon juice
  • Brown sugar


  1. Mix the sour cream into the cream and set aside at room temperature for about 24 hours
  2. Sprinkle lemon juice and then brown sugar over your chopped fruit of choice and refrigerate for at least 2 hours and until ready to serve
  3. Serve the fruit in individual dessert bowls and top with the crème fraiche
  4. Garnish with mint leaves
