  • Vegetable oil
  • 150 g flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 200ml milk
  • Salt and pepper

  1. Set the oven to 210c.
  2. Take the vegetable oil and drizzle some evenly into a muffin tin. Place the muffin tin in the oven to heat up.
  3. Take the flour and beat in the 4 eggs. Add the milk and beat to ensure mix is smooth and lump-free.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Remove the muffin tin from the oven and carefully pour the batter into the muffin holes. Return the muffin tin to the oven and allow to cook until the puddings have browned and risen.
  6. Serve immediately. (You can cool them and freeze for a few weeks.)
  7. Serve with favourite stew or gravy.
